Our 5-Session Program

Learning by doing.

Interactive programs with experts to make learning fun! Our five-session program gets students involved in their own education about physical and emotional wellness.

01
Session 1 Let's Move
Students explore different ways to move their body and find something they actually enjoy, from karate to hip hop aerobics to VR fitness experiences.
02
Session 2 The Fuel Lab
Students discover the truth about what they are eating. In one challenge, they find that a popular protein bar has nearly as much sugar as a Coke.
03
Session 3 Find Your Zen
Sound baths, yoga, art therapy, and meditation. Tools for managing stress that students can actually use.
04
Session 4 Your Voice
Students create their own health PSAs to share with their peers, becoming wellness ambassadors in their own communities.
05
Session 5 Graduation
A full celebration with a DJ, certificates, food, and giveaways to mark what students have accomplished.

Ways To Get Involved

Be part of what comes next.

Volunteer your time, support the program through a donation, or partner with A Healthier, Happier Me to help bring health education to more students.

01 / VOLUNTEER

Give your time.

A Healthier Happier Me was built by volunteers like you! As we prepare our first full pilot at HBCUs, we need more hands.

Whether you have 5 hours a week or 20, or just want to help at an event, there are roles for you in event planning, PR, marketing, development or on-site programs.

Volunteer virtually or in person. Volunteer With Us
02 / DONATE
+

Help close the gap.

Less than 5 cents of every healthcare dollar in this country goes toward prevention. Every donor is literally filling a gap the system won't.

Your donation doesn't just reach the students in the room. It reaches everyone they influence for the rest of their lives, including their future families.

No gift is too small. Donate Today
03 / PARTNER

Bring the pilot to life.

Help us launch the first complete wellness pilot. We have the curriculum. We have the campus partnerships. We've already run sessions on HBCU campuses.

We need a funding partner to bring the first fully documented five-session pilot at an HBCU in Atlanta to life.

Fund the full pilot or sponsor a single session. Become a Partner
