Without volunteers, we wouldn’t be able to educate, empower, and change the lives of people living in poor physical and emotional health. From boots on the ground activities like teaching kids how to have fun while exercising, to educating young adults about the warning signs of abusive relationships, our volunteers provide tools for people eager to live a better life.
